Terms & Conditions

  1. Advance Payment:

    An advance payment is mandatory to confirm your booking. Work will begin only after the advance has been received.

  2. Rate Calculation:

    Service charges are calculated based on the total square feet (sq. ft.) area of the site. Final rates may vary depending on site size, condition, and type of work required.

  3. Additional Work:

    Any additional or extra work requested by the client during or after the service visit will be charged separately as per the revised quotation.

  4. Visit Charges:

    If the client decides not to proceed with the service after our team’s site visit, a visit charge will be applicable and must be paid on the spot.

  5. Payment Terms:

    The remaining payment must be cleared immediately after the completion of the service.

  6. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  7. Liability:

    Raipur Cleaning and Repairing Services is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property or items before our team’s arrival.

  8. Customer Cooperation:

    Clients are requested to provide access to the service area and ensure the availability of basic utilities like water and electricity during the service.
