Terms & Conditions
- Advance Payment:
An advance payment is mandatory to confirm your booking.
Work will begin only after the advance has been received.
- Rate Calculation:
Service charges are calculated based on the total square feet (sq. ft.)
area of the site. Final rates may vary depending on site size, condition,
and type of work required.
- Additional Work:
Any additional or extra work requested by the client during or after the service visit
will be charged separately as per the revised quotation.
- Visit Charges:
If the client decides not to proceed with the service after our team’s site visit,
a visit charge will be applicable and must be paid on the spot.
- Payment Terms:
The remaining payment must be cleared immediately after the completion of the service.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Liability:
Raipur Cleaning and Repairing Services is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property or items before our team’s arrival.
- Customer Cooperation:
Clients are requested to provide access to the service area and ensure the availability of basic utilities like water and electricity during the service.
